Description:
DMARD03uses piezoresistive sensor technology, also is different
from the present most MEMS sensor
suppliers by using capacitive sensing. Thecapacitance sensing
technology into MEMS sensor signal
generated from a rather small, only about femto Fala ( Femto Farrad
) level, and easy tobe played online
parasitic capacitance and noise interference, make ASIC difficult
to obtain real physical signal. While the
piezoresistive technology of signal measurement and sensor has the
advantages of simple structure,

DMARD03 provides X, Y, Z, T three axis +-3g and precise temperature
data
